Hostel Rules & Regulations

• Students must maintain discipline, good behavior, and mutual respect at all times.
• Hostel residents shall comply with all instructions issued by the Hostel Warden and College Management
• Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Any student found involved in ragging activities will face strict disciplinary action as per applicable regulations.
• Use of abusive language, threats, fighting, misconduct, bullying, or any activity disturbing hostel harmony is strictly prohibited.
• Students shall behave responsibly and maintain the reputation of the institution both inside and outside the campus.

Any violation may result in immediate hostel expulsion without prior notice.

• Smoking, Tobacco, Gutkha, Pan Masala, E-cigarettes, and Vaping.
• Consumption, possession, or distribution of Alcohol.
• Possession or use of Narcotic Drugs or Intoxicating Substances.
• Possession of Firearms, Explosives, Firecrackers, or Dangerous Materials.
• Gambling, Betting, or Any Illegal Activities.
• Birthday Parties, Late-Night Celebrations, DJ Events, and Unauthorized Gatherings.
• Loud Music, Speakers, or Any Activity Causing Disturbance to Other Residents.

• Students must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Prescribed uniform and dress code must be followed during academic and practical sessions.
• Decent dressing and responsible behavior are mandatory within the hostel and campus.

• Students must strictly follow hostel timings as prescribed by the management.
• Late entry without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
• Students must remain present during attendance checks conducted by hostel authorities.
• Leaving the hostel without proper permission may lead to disciplinary action.

• Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their rooms.
• Damage to hostel property, furniture, walls, electrical fittings, or equipment will result in recovery of repair costs and disciplinary action.
• Students must switch off lights, fans, electrical appliances, and water taps when not in use.
• Rearranging furniture or making structural changes to rooms without permission is prohibited.
• Students shall not enter another student's room without permission.

• Electric heaters, immersion rods, cooking appliances, electric stoves, induction cookers, and other unauthorized electrical devices are strictly prohibited.
• Tampering with electrical installations, CCTV systems, safety equipment, or fire protection systems is strictly forbidden.
• Misuse of fire extinguishers, alarms, or emergency equipment will attract severe disciplinary action.
• Students must immediately report electrical faults, water leakage, or safety hazards to hostel authorities.

• Meals shall be served only during scheduled timings in the designated dining area.
• Food is not permitted to be taken to rooms without permission.
• Wastage of food and drinking water should be avoided.
• Students must maintain cleanliness and proper conduct in the dining hall.

• Mobile phones should be used responsibly and without disturbing others.
• Loud conversations, music, gaming, or video streaming that disturbs fellow students are prohibited.
• Silence Hours: Strict silence must be maintained from 10:30 PM to 5:30 AM. Students are expected to respect the study and rest time of other residents..

• Visitors are allowed only during approved visiting hours and in designated visitor areas.
• Visitors are not permitted inside hostel rooms under any circumstances.
• Outside guests, friends, or unauthorized persons are not allowed to stay in the hostel. Students shall be fully responsible for the conduct of their visitors.

• Students must maintain personal hygiene and room cleanliness at all times.
• Littering, spitting, or creating unhygienic conditions within hostel premises is strictly prohibited.
• Waste must be disposed of only in designated bins.

• The hostel premises are monitored through CCTV surveillance for safety and security purposes.
• Students must cooperate with security personnel and hostel authorities whenever required.
• Any suspicious activity must be immediately reported to the Warden or Management.
